Victory Land was founded in 1983 by Paul Jackson FRICS. The company has specialised in acquiring prime development and investment property particularly in the retail and office sectors.

These projects have mostly been funded with Pension Funds and Insurance Companies where the company has long established contacts.

Victory Land's current strategy is to acquire and build a portfolio of smaller commercial properties with good growth prospects in Regeneration Areas particularly in London and the South East of England, for investment and development purposes.

In addition, Victory Land is advising both existing and new clients on property matters particularly with regard to planning, development and generally with regard to potential value enhancement.
